<br />Swimming is good for your thighs,bottom and hips. I&#8217;d say a stepper machine or anything that works the legs,thighs and bottom ideally.<br />
You must have the same figure that i had. I was the same,quite slim with fat thighs and hips. I never really liked myself much,as i&#8217;d get teased.<br />
I tried to diet bit just made me even skinnier,especially my arms and my face,i&#8217;d get teased even more. It wasn&#8217;t til my late 20&#8242;s that i saved up to have liposuction. It did work,but if you put weight on,it goes back on those places but evenly,so you&#8217;re in proportion.<br />
Good on you finding the motivation to exercise. I need to exercise as well. I&#8217;ve since gained weight and i really need to be more toned.<br />
I did invest in a skater stepper,where you step from side to side,and it does work on those areas,i&#8217;m going to have to get it out.</p>

<p>so if one were to exercise regularly whilst abstaining from eating/drinking for 2-3 days, or at least severely reducing their moisture intake&#8230;. wouldn&#8217;t this lead to a severe weight reduction</p>

<p>some notes:<br />
1st- i didnt say i was going to do it, im perfectly healthy weight<br />
2nd- FAT is stored in the hump NOT water<br />
3rd- water is a by product of breaking down fat<br />
4th- a human can go approximately 3 days without water in an ambient temperature, maybe 24hrs in the desert<br />
5th- humans can survive for weeks without food<br />
<br />You may lose weight but it would only be as a result of dehydration which is very bad for your body and in the long term can lead to raised blood pressure, raised cholesterol, inability to remove toxins from your body, poor memory, confusion etc etc</p>

I stopped for a few months last year, as I&#8217;ve went through breast reduction surgery and couldn&#8217;t exercice. Plus, I&#8217;ve had problems healing, so I couldn&#8217;t get back to swimming earlier. :/</p>
<p>I&#8217;m 5&#8217;6 and I weigh in between 132 and 136 pounds. My measurements go like this : 34 for the bust, 29 for under the bust, 28 for the waist and 39 for the hips.<br />
My body structure is this : I have small bones in my limbs (tiny ankles, legs and wrists) but wide hip bones and and rib cage. I have a gynaeoid body type ; this means that when I gain weight, it&#8217;s usually carried down to my hips, butt and thighs and when I lose weight, these places are the last to lose their weight.<br />
I don&#8217;t mind having large buttocks and hips, but I want to tone it. </p>
<p>I&#8217;m actually really happy with my size and shape, but I want a slightly thinner waist (not by much though, not under 26 for sure). Can swimming twice a week and controlling my bad food urges help at that?</p>
<p>I do NOT want to follow a diet. My diet goes like this : Eat when you&#8217;re hungry and don&#8217;t eat when you&#8217;re not.<br />
Oh and do you think it would be possible for me to weigh under 130 pounds if I kept training, or the muscle weight will just replace the fat weight and I&#8217;ll remain in the 130s?<br />

<br />Am really really sorry but if they advised that you lose weight i suggest that you do it, even if it is only ruling that out as a factor for your problems with fertility.  I have pcos and well I was told to lose weight and my periods would return I lost weight and they didnt I was put onto chlomid and put all the weight back on plus more and got pregnant!!!  I am now 24 weeks after 2 and a half years of trying, remember these people are looking for problems just go with the flow and help them rule them out.  I also know a person who was overweight and could not lose it, she was given no help and is now at the stage where she could end up never having a child of her own if she does not pull her finger out.  Weight is not always a factor but it could be so just follow their advice and try really hard.</p>

<p>I am a 38 F (my boobs are huge, they weigh like 25 lbs or more (no joke) they are natural and the weight of them is killing my back.  I had seen someone regarding this and the after pics I saw scared the crap out of me (all the scars).  I know for breasts my size, they would have to remove the ariola and  cut down and across.  i do not want to look like frankenstein.  My husband loves them, but understands the issue and supports whatever I do, but I am just not sure, any advice?  Plus after being so big chested all my life, i am afraid what it would be like if I didn&#8217;t have them as big, and if I would regret it later.<br />
I think God might have given me the extra value size by mistake!</p>
<p>I can&#8217;t do jumping jacks or my boobs will clap on their own&#8230;.how sad is that&#8230;..good thing i don&#8217;t have a clapper in the house&#8230;clap on, clap off&#8230;&#8230;lol<br />
I appreciate all the answers so far!  It will definately take time to think about this one.  If I could find another option besides surgery, I would do it, but what other options are there?<br />
<br />My friend recently had this done. If you go to a good plastic surgeon, you&#8217;ll have minimal scarring. There&#8217;s creams to help reduce any scars. My friend preferred having a few scars over chronic back problems. Be aware that it is surgery, it will be painful, and you&#8217;ll need time to recover. My friend missed work for a week. Also, you have to make sure that your doctor tells your health insurance company that it&#8217;s for medical reasons, like your back problems, and not just cosmetic. That way the procedure will be covered by insurance.</p>

I see that my fitness is improved and my body is toned up. The size of the jeans is reduced a little, but, the weight remains the same. What could be the reason? I am shocked to see this result after 2 years of my hard work. I would greatly appreciate if anyone can share their personal success stories of weight reduction so that I can imbibe the method they followed. By the way, now I have resolved to change my diet to inlcude a lot of salads and fruits. Previously I ate a lot of rice. But, this started just a week ago. Please help.<br />
<br />Smash Diet is the solution for a quicker reduction of weight. this is only 20 dats diet.</p>
<p>Phase 1: Day 1 to Day 4<br />
•2 cups of green tea or coffee with 1 tablespoon of skim milk. or black tea with out sugar and milk.<br />
•2 scrambled eggs or cup of low fat yogurt<br />
•3 serving of fruits ( apple, banana, pear, water melon)<br />
•3 cups of green salad. With dressing of vinegar, salt, lemon juice and pepper with one tea low fat spoon dressing or Italian dressing.<br />
•1 cup of brown rice (boiled)<br />
