SNACKS-celery and carrot sticks,fruit,choccie but only when i’m really craving it and only in the snack size!!
My exercise before was walking 10000 steps but that soon stopped working so i found some exercise dvd’s i loved to do and i managed to lose 17kg in 3 months and i’ve kept it off for 3 years and counting.
